  These people lie and cheat. They are overpriced apartments, management doesn't fix anything, and they lie when you are looking at the apartments. They tell you that you get a discount at the YMCA, but then when you go to the YMCA the employees tell you that the leasing agents have been told there is no discount for Quality Hill residents multiple times. They lie to you about all sorts of things just to get you to rent from them.
  
  Edit: Beware when you see a bunch of 5 star ratings all around the same time. They are giving people a discount on their monthly rent to give 5 stars. See image of email they sent.
